Information for Homeowners
If your home is chosen for a rehabilitation project, all work will be done at NO CHARGE to you.
Do you know of a home or own a home needing repair and/or rehabilitation? We take applications throughout the year. Applicants are generally required to be elderly, disabled, veterans, or low-income with children. There are specific income/living expense guidelines. See Homeowner Application for more information.
Our Selection Committee reviews all applications, making selections based on both the application and on interviews with the homeowner(s). The interview includes an assessment of the work that needs to be done.
Please note that applicants may be asked to provide proof of income and proof of home ownership. All information is kept strictly confidential.
